We are looking for an experienced and strategic Affiliate & Partnership Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives and build meaningful partnerships that drive growth. This role combines affiliate program development with partnership outreach and requires someone with strong business acumen and a performance-driven mindset. Experience in influencer marketing is preferred, as the role may overlap with campaign efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate partners to ensure active and quality collaborations.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using relevant tools and KPIs.
- Collaborate across internal teams to launch integrated campaigns that support affiliate goals.
- Support influencer campaign execution where needed, especially when aligned with affiliate efforts.
- Represent the company in external meetings, events, and roadshows when required.
- Ensure all partnerships are aligned with company goals and brand values.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate tracking, and optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and secure strategic partnership opportunities.
- Experience or exposure in influencer marketing is a plus.
- Bonus: Existing relationships with government agencies (e.g., SIDEC, MDEC) or prior experience in handling Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Comfortable with traveling for roadshows, events, or meetings.
