About you:
The Multimedia Designer plays a key role in shaping Xamble’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. This hybrid creative role combines motion graphics, video production, and static design to support marketing campaigns, social media content, branding initiatives, and client projects. From concept to execution, the designer ensures all materials are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and tailored to meet campaign objectives; while collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic project timelines.
Multimedia Designer
- Design engaging static and motion graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce video content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Maintain and uphold Xamble’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external materials.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and event materials as needed.
- Support photoshoots and video production, assisting in art direction and execution.
- Work on storyboarding, animation, and motion design for digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., production houses, video editors, printers) when necessary.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, handling multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Kindly share a portfolio highlighting your design work upon applying.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, or related creative fields.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work (social media content, ads, branding, videos, etc.).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, branding, and visual identity.
- Experience in static and motion design, including social media graphics, short- and long-form videos, animations, email banners, GIFs, memes, and other digital content aligned with current trends.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and design consistency across digital and print platforms.
