We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to take the lead in B2B client acquisition and all sales efforts of Xamble Live Commerce Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary under Xamble Group Limited). You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, identifying new opportunities, hitting our sales targets, and driving new client acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully onboarding new clients for the business.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's client base which are relevant to the business.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports.
- Understand the business and its ideal customer profiles - work on the most suitable product offerings and value proposition for customers.
- Maintaining the sales funnel and working towards generating new lead sources and expanding the target customer base.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, sister companies) to deliver customized solutions.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities - meeting potential clients and delivering sales pitches on a regular basis.

Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience as a Sales / Business Development Manager.
- Strong business acumen and capacity to work independently or as a team player.
- Proven capabilities in management and has a competitive spirit.
- Has experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Has the ability to lead a sales team.
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to write and converse fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be familiar with social media platforms especially TikTok Shop and eMarketplaces such as Shopee.
- Enjoys meeting people and delivering sales pitches.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
