About you:
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping Xamble’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. This hybrid creative role combines motion graphics, video production, and static design to support marketing campaigns, social media content, branding initiatives, and client projects. From concept to execution, the designer ensures all materials are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and tailored to meet campaign objectives; while collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic project timelines.Graphic Designer
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, ads, banners, and social media.
- Adept at translating ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and communicate clear messaging.
- Skilled in crafting visually impactful campaigns that drive engagement and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Manage projects from brief to final design, including detailed brand/visual identity work such as logo and icon design, color palettes, font selection, and/or creation of unique typography and image selection.
- Develop brand guidelines, collateral designs, and production-ready files.
- Create static and interactive storyboards, as well as digital, print, and experiential layouts.
- Participate in client meetings and present concepts and design work.
Qualifications
- Kindly share a portfolio highlighting your design work upon applying.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, or related creative fields.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work (social media content, ads, branding, videos, etc.).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, branding, and visual identity.
- Experience in static and motion design, including social media graphics, short- and long-form videos, animations, email banners, GIFs, memes, and other digital content aligned with current trends.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and design consistency across digital and print platforms.
