Senior Operations & Analytics Executive (Influencer Marketing)

The Senior Operations & Analytics Executive is responsible for overseeing the execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and KPIs. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing operational processes for improved efficiency.

Job Description

  • Brief influencers and collect required content drafts according to set timelines.
  • Coordinate the collection and review of influencer content, ensuring adherence to campaign guidelines.
  • Gather and input data on influencer posts, including engagement metrics and other relevant insights.
  • Compile reports on campaign performance, assisting in data analysis and presentation.
  • Liaise with influencers to manage content submissions, revisions, and final approvals.
  • Mentor and train Operations and Analytics Executives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Lead by example in implementing best practices and resolving operational challenges.
  • Work closely with the Operations & Analytics Manager to develop and refine strategies for campaign performance improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations (media/advertising industry preferred).
  • Background in media, advertising, digital marketing, or data analytics.
  • Experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Meticulous and highly organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English & Mandarin
  • Solution-first mentality with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
